Eight years ago, Colorado’s energy research and political leaders delivered a gift to all Coloradans — the gift of collaboration. Through shared vision and efforts, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State University and the University of Colorado-Boulder formed a unique consortium, now known as the Colorado Energy Research Collaboratory.
