“We feel very fortunate to have weathered what was always going to be a difficult budget year in a relatively neutral way,” CSU Provost Rick Miranda said. “We did lose a few people. It’s not something I’ll say I’m really happy about. But given what could have been, this is the best of what we could have hoped.”
