Samantha Conroy is a Tinberg Business for a Better World professor in the College of Business and associate professor of management at Colorado State University. Her research focuses on how organizational policies and practices influence well-worker being. In particular, she addresses compensation practices, low-wage work design and after-hours communications through her research.
Prior to earning her Ph.D in management from the University of Arkansas, Conroy received an MBA with a finance emphasis from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a bachelor’s in human resource management from Missouri State University.
Her work has been featured in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, Compensation and Benefits Review, Healthcare Management Review, Journal of Management, Academy of Management Journal and California Management Review Insights.
