Indrajit Ray is a professor and associate chair of the Department of Computer Science at Colorado State University. His research is focused on building systems that are more secure and robust against the cyberattacks that are estimated to cost the world up to $10.5 trillion per year by 2025.
Specifically, Ray studies the security of critical infrastructures such as electrical power grids, transportation, telecommunication and public health.
He received his Ph.D in information technology from George Mason University.
Ray’s research has been published in Computers and Security, International Journal of Information Security, Progress in Nuclear Energy and more.
