Yahoo News: State policymakers are trying to help more industrial hemp products catch on. Last year, for instance, the Colorado governor’s office, agriculture department, Colorado State University, local growers and outdoor clothing company Patagonia launched a hemp fiber pilot project that’ll continue this year.
