BizWest: The new Panacea Life Sciences Cannabinoid Research Center, which is capable of providing contract research services, operates out of CSU’s College of Natural Sciences and was built and equipped with $1.5 million from Leslie Buttorff, CEO of Golden-based CBD company Panacea Life Sciences Inc.
