CSU’s home-opening football game against the University of Nevada-Reno followed Ag Day, which saw thousands of CSU alumni, fans and visitors devour Colorado-produced beef, pork, beans, potatoes, bread, sweet corn, apples, melons, lamb, milk, cheese and beer brewed with state-grown barley. Some took home state-grown flowers, too.
