Coloradoan: With little fanfare, Fort Collins City Council unanimously voted to rezone the former Hughes Stadium site as open lands, following through on the first half of a voter-approved ballot measure. The other half: The city needs to attempt to purchase the 165-acre site from the Colorado State University system.
