Forbes: Meteorologists at Colorado State University released an outlook Thursday calling for 18 named storms, 8 hurricanes and 4 major hurricanes (Category 3 or higher), while the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration published a forecast the same day predicting 14-20 named storms, 6-10 hurricanes and 3-5 major hurricanes.
