Grand Junction Daily Sentinel: The study was led by CSU Climatologist and Water Specialist Peter Goble. Goble conducted the study with Horst Caspari, the viticulture professor at CSU’s Western Colorado Research Center in the Grand Valley, and Russ Schumacher, a state climatologist who’s also based at CSU.
