Denver Post: Jennifer Gimbel, senior water policy scholar at Colorado State University, said that while she originally was skeptical, she was pleasantly surprised by the task force’s recommendations. While some of the bolder ideas discussed weren’t included as final recommendations, talking about them is a good first step, she said.
