That concept was the core of Colorado State University Chancellor Tony Frank’s message to the 14th class of the Colorado Agriculture Leadership Program Friday. The CALP class of 18 graduated with a clay pigeon shoot and luncheon at the Longmeadow Event Center near Wiggins.
