Sudeep Pasricha is the Aram and Helga Budak Endowed Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering specializing in artificial intelligence, data centers and cloud computing, edge computing, electronic chip design, autonomous vehicles, and ethics in computing. He has co-authored seven books, multiple patents, and nearly 400 peer reviewed articles in journals and conferences. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, Fellow of AAIA, Fellow of AIIA, Distinguished Member of the ACM, an IEEE CEDA Distinguished Lecturer, and an ACM Distinguished Speaker.

Pasricha’s research spans computing scales, from AI chips to high-performance data centers, with a focus on hardware/software co-design, security, sustainability, and safety. He has been a consultant with various companies and venture capitalists on these topics​. He has also given multiple keynotes and plenary talks on AI accelerator design, machine learning for edge computing, sustainable datacenters, ethics in computing, computing education, and the future of computing.

Pasricha holds a B.E. in electronics and communication engineering from the Delhi Institute of Technology, India, and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California, Irvine. Before joining Colorado State University in 2008, he gained industry experience at STMicroelectronics and Conexant Inc.
