This week, Colorado State University will be visiting Eagle, Keystone, Frisco, and Lake City as part of a statewide listening tour.
CSU will host a community meeting in Eagle on Wednesday, and will deliver a presentation in Lake City on Friday. Community members are invited to share their perspectives and learn about CSU’s involvement with the project; both events are free and open to the public.
The University’s listening tour provides communities with the opportunity to shape and inform the educational programming at the future National Western Center, located in north Denver, with a mission to connect with all Coloradans.
This will be the fourth trip of the ongoing listening tour. Other Colorado communities visited to-date include Fort Morgan, Sterling, Wray, Yuma, Burlington, Lamar, La Junta, Rocky Ford, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Silverthorne, Steamboat Springs, Rifle, Grand Junction, Montrose, Gunnison, Center, Alamosa, and Pueblo.
