MEDIA ADVISORY/PHOTO OPPORTUNITY: Colorado State University President Tony Frank to Make Significant University Campaign Announcement Today

CSU President Tony Frank and Vice President for University Advancement Brett Anderson will make a significant announcement today about the Campaign for Colorado State University.

WHEN and WHERE: The press conference will be at 10 a.m. today in the Main Ballroom of the Lory Student Center on campus.

The announcement will be webcast live at 10 a.m. at http://campaign.colostate.edu/ and http://cope.colostate.edu/lsc_live.

DETAILS: During one of the worst economic downturns in U.S. history, CSU publicly announced the launch of its first-ever comprehensive campaign in the 139-year history of the university in August 2009. The goal for the Campaign for Colorado State University, which began in a silent phase on July 1, 2005, was to complete a $500 million fundraising effort in seven years.
